From Job Candidates:

3. DISCLAIMERS ON VIDEO, AUDIO, AND TECHNICAL TESTS
Video Presentation
By submitting a self-recorded video, candidates agree to the collection, storage, and analysis of the video data for hiring-related evaluations.
English Reading Test (Audio)
The test consists of 2 short readings (30 seconds each).
It may only be taken once and cannot be restarted or repeated.
Clear audio in a noise-free environment is required.
Reloading the webpage may disqualify the session.
Technical Test
Consists of 4 required questions and 1 optional bonus.
Unlimited retries per question.
Final score is based on correctness, time taken, and number of attempts.
Participation is voluntary but affects AI-generated scoring.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
By default, data is stored for up to 36 months after account inactivity or contract termination, unless legally required to keep it longer.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
Backup and archival copies may be stored securely for up to 30 days before permanent erasure.
When deletion is not immediately feasible (e.g., due to technical limits), data is securely isolated until full deletion is possible.
